Evaluation of training needs

Search Group training success secret is objective evaluation of training needs, what takes from two to three weeks to be done.

 

While determining the needs of the client, Search Group consultants analyze information, that they receive from three sources: managers' opinion, employees' opinion and clients'/suppliers opinion.

 

To evaluate training needs we will focus on four major topics: 

  •     Changing environment (what changes are going on in company's environment)
  •     Needed changes inside the company (what has to be changed in the company's business for the successful development of the activities)
  •     The knowledge gaps in change of the behavior (lack of knowledge required for changes)
  •     Training program(s) goals  (how those programs should help contributing to the changes inside the company and would help them to adapt to the changing environment)
