Partner of
HR Sourcing Specialist will be a first level of support for recruiting team and will provide a continuous flow of qualified potential candidates from various sources including but not limited to: job boards, data bases, networking groups, industry lists, referrals and competitors.
- Provide a continuous flow of qualified candidates for recruiting team;
- Work closely with recruiting team to meet clients needs;
- Network with multiple users and business groups to develop strong pipeline of qualified candidates;
- Cold calling to identify names and titles of potential candidates for recruiters.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred;
- Ability to work independently;
- Excellent time management and judgment skills;
- The highest level of communication skills;
- Strong computer and internet skills;
- Ability to prioritize workload;
- Sales experience would be strong advantage;
- Ability to multi task and work under tight deadlines is a must;
- Be a team player;
- Flexibility to work some non-traditional hours as required;
- Strong phone skills;
- Can do attitude.
