Steps: 

 

  • First interview by consultant. Identification of qualification, skills and demands.
  • Reference check, inspection of possibilities.
  • Agreeing on conditions, requirements and demands. Preparing list of potential employers. Signing of service agreement.
  • Contacting selected potential employers (by phone, e-mail).
  • Feedback. Reporting, discussing the situation.
  • Offering job position(-s).

 

 

Benefits: You will not waste your time thinking how to get in contact with potential employers, would it be ethical or not.

Together with the HR professional you will figure out what job responsibilities you desire, what areas of activity could be suitable for you. Together you will prepare the list of potential employers. You will get feedback from potential employers - are they interested or not, what are reasons for rejecting etc. And hopefully eventually you will get a job offer!

 

Threat: The service does not guarantee employment. Job-seeker will receive a detailed report of potential companies' feedback.

 

Period: 3-6 weeks

 

Fees:

Initial consultation (interview) fee: 200 LTL

Potential employers survey fee: 200 LTL (10 companies)

Success fee: 50% of first month salary
