- Structured phone interview with the candidates that met the requirements

- Running reference check on candidates selected by client
Time line: 2-6 weeks.
Price and payment structure:
Search fee: upon agreement - about 25% of total price (paid after signing the agreement)
Selection fee: upon agreement - about 25% of total price (paid after candidates are delivered)
Placement fee: upon agreement - about 50% of total price (paid after employment contract is signed)
Guarantee: 3-6 months.
