Tailor made training

No system can work without operators. Each company's success depends on the available employees' knowledge, skills and desire to realize them.

Search Group training is based on the transfer of knowledge, skills training and employees' motivation to use it.

Each training project consists of at least 7 steps:

1. Interviews with key persons in clients company to clarify what is the real situation in the company; what changes need to be implemented; what skills are missing according to the management, so that needed changes would be realized; what are company's goals related to this project.
2. Interviews with company's employees (if needed, with clients/suppliers as well), trying to clarify, what is the real situation in the company by their opinion; what changes need to be done; what skills are missing for changes to be implemented. As well Search Group specialists would be looking for "best practice" - what is the most successful employees' secret and how it can be transfered for the rest of the employees.
3. Second meeting with highest level management and final approval of training project.
4. Creating of tailor made training program.
5. Execution of training. Homework is given for all training participants.
6. After set period of time, half a day feedback session is arranged for an analysis of the reached results, conclusions and discussions on what else can be improved.
7. Managers receives detailed report on the project, where participants, the project process and the results of the project are discussed.

Tailor made creation of the training programs ensures that company's requirements and needs are put first and training results are the best.

These are not from-the-shelf training courses and proved to be the most effective on transferring company's "best practice" to the rest of the workers.

All programs are run by most experienced lecturers with both theoretical and (!) practical experience.
